A short introduction to Virtual Card.
Virtual card work just like a real card only that it do not come in plastic form.
Just like the name suggest, it come in virtual form. You cannot see or hold the card like your real debit or credit card.
Most people called it VCC or virtual dredit card but actually it does not work like a credit card.
It is more similar to debit card where you need to load it before you can use it.
It will come with the 16-digit serial number or the card account number, the CVV(3-digit security code, usually located at the back of real card) and the expiry date for the card.
The virtual card I provide doesn't support AVS(address verification system) So it will not work on site that use AVS when accepting card payment.
It's better if you contact the site and ask if they can accept Virtual VISA Classic Debit card that doesn't support AVS.
It is anonymous, where you can use any name or address when making online payment. Protection from identity theft.
It is not stolen from any individual, phished, generated from hack-software or whatsoever.
What can you do with a Virtual Card
Basically, people use VCC on the internet as a medium of payment. You can use it to do a shopping online where VISA card is accepted. Most people use VCC for:

How will you receive the Virtual Card
The delivery is not automated. So you will not receive the VC instantly. But I will complete the order as soon as possible if I'm online. May take up to 48 hour depending on selected payment method.
You will receive the picture of the virtual card which shows the the 16 digit account number, the 3 digit security code and the expiry date.

1)Virtual Card to verify a PayPal or an eBay account: (cost 12USD)
This service is ONLY to verify a PayPal or an eBay account. You will receive the 16 serial number, the CVV and the expiry date. One VC for one PayPal/eBay account. The expiry date is one year or 3 months.
For PayPal verification:
For PayPal registered in USA, CANADA, UK and AUSTRALIA, you will need a bank account to get verified.
For US PayPal, virtual card can lift your $0 initial sending limit to $2000USD.
The VC will come with only enough amount of fund to pay for PayPal verification charge.
After you link your card, you will need to wait for AT LEAST 3 days to get the 4-digit PayPal EXPUSE code to verify your account.
To be use on ONE account ONLY. Valid for ONE year or 3 Months.
For eBay verification:
The VC is only to verify your account.
You can't load it and use it to pay eBay seller fees, so this is only for those that just want to verify their account.
Your account will get verified instantly and you can start buying and selling supported you enter all the detail correctly.
